摘要
•A set of four primers were designed for ACLSV based on conserved sequences from an alignment of the coat protein gene sequences for detection by RT-LAMP using total RNA extracted from ACLSV-infected leaves.•Optimized temperature and time for ACLSV detection by RT-LAMP were determined to be 64°C and 75min.•Successful application of RT-LAMP to field-collected apple samples demonstrated its potential broader application for effective disease diagnosis, thus to control ACLSV from further spread.
