摘要
•Provides the protein composition of the AEP after application of chlorhexidine or EGCG and further challenge with citric acid.•PRPs, calcium-bind proteins and Statherin were increased after treatment with EGCG and CHX.•Cystatins and Profillin-1 increased when EGCG and CHX treated AEPs were challenged with citric acid.•Helps understanding the role of EGCG and CHX in the prevention of caries and erosion.•Provides important insights for pellicle engineering.
