Tolerability, safety, and efficacy of adjunctive brivaracetam for focal seizures in older patients: A pooled analysis from three phase III studies.

•Data from patients ≥65 years were pooled from three double-blind BRV studies.•Of 32 patients, 30 patients (93.8%) completed their studies.•Most commonly reported TEAEs were headache, paresthesia, and somnolence.•Efficacy outcomes were higher for BRV 50–200 mg/day groups vs placebo group.•Adjunctive BRV data in older patients were consistent with the overall population.
