Towards Reinventing Online Privacy.

In this opinion paper, we examine several challenges to privacy online, for both enterprises and individual users. We argue that we have come to a turning point and we need to regain control over how our data is handled even when outside our reach. We give an overview of a set of measures at the intersection of legal and technical domains, to underline that only a combined approach can really put online privacy back in the hands of the users.
