Signal Design Analysis Technique For Galileo

This paper describes the issues involved in signal design for radio navigation satellite services. The formation of an effective signal structure is essential for any such system, However, the process is complex and involves a large number of parameters. It can be hard to identify all effects of a given variable and hence its full effect on system performance. An analysis method, proposed for use in the ESA comparative system study, is described here.
