Cost-effectiveness of seasonal inactivated influenza vaccination among pregnant women.

•Influenza vaccination can decrease the risk of influenza illness and related complications among pregnant women and their infants aged <6 months who are too young to receive the vaccine.•Pregnancy vaccination strategy is cost-saving during moderate to severe influenza seasons.•The cost-effectiveness ratio was reduced (more desirable) when the influenza season was more intense.
