nalysis of changes in the EGFR interactome, ubiquitinome, phosphoproteome and proteome in response to EGF or TGF-α identifies RAB7 phosphorylation and RCP recruitment to EGFR as ligand-specific switches controlling receptor trafficking, signal duration and cellular responses.
