Case Report: Spleen-preserving Multivisceral Transplant for Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome.

•Peuttz–Jeghers syndrome in a congenital disorder presenting with extended gastrointestinal polyps, with a high risk for malignancy development.•We present a 24-year-old patient with multiple surgeries owing to occlusion and biopsies showing high-grade dysplasia.•Despite having intestinal sufficiency, the patient was listed for modified multivisceral transplant to avoid future complications and cancer development.•A modified multivisceral transplant was performed successfully; the patient is alive with a good quality of life.
