摘要
•Native polythiophenes (PT) were prepared by thermal or chemical way from precursors.•Chemically prepared PT shows smooth surface when deposited on ITO/glass substrates.•Band theory was used for evaluation of the transport parameters.•Absorption coefficients and exciton diffusion length were determined.•Hole concentration was calculated and energy level diagram constructed.
