454 Nationwide Endoscopic Suturing Registry: Interim Activity Report

Background: This full-thickness endoscopic suturing device is a versatile platform that has demonstrated multiple uses, including lumenal defect closure (perforation, leak, and fistula), procedural incision closure (after endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, and peroral endoscopic myotomy), stent fixation, ulcer oversew, treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding, transoral outlet reduction, and endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty as a primary bariatric procedure. This prospective observational multicenter registry allows monitoring for the safe introduction of this device into practice.
