摘要
Radiation-associated angiosarcoma (RAAS) develops in the setting of lymphedema or previous radiation; patients typically present with cutaneous lesions rather than parenchymal lesions. RAAS can present as early as 6 months after completion of radiotherapy, and skin punch biopsy of suspicious cutaneous lesions should be performed. BRCA mutations may play a role in in the development of breast RAAS. However, this still requires further study. (C) 2015 Published by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
