•Polymer nanocomposite dielectric inks have been formulated for printed electronics.•PMMA reduced the leakage current and hysteresis of ferroelectric fluoropolymer.•Modified BaTiO3 endowed high capacitance of the dielectric.•Screen-printable dielectric ink are promising for fully-printed OFETs.
