Essential oil of Phellodendron japonicum Maxim
JOURNAL OF ESSENTIAL OIL RESEARCH(2012)
摘要
The essential oils from fruits, flowers and leaves of Phellodendron japonicum Maxim. were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC), GC/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and H-1-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. More than 80 compounds were identified. Myrcene (79.5-86.1%) and germacrene D (2.5-11.8%) were the main constituents in the fruit oil. The flower oil contained mainly myrcene (59.7%) and alpha-pinene (8.0%), whereas the leaf oil contained beta-elemol (30.5%) and myrcene (21.2%).
