Modelling impacts of regulation on flows to the Lowbidgee floodplain of the Murrumbidgee River, Australia
Journal of Hydrology(2014)
摘要
•We modelled changes in flow (low and high regulation) in the Murrumbidgee River.•Sequential statistical models were developed for flow gauges, with local rainfall.•There was a clear break point in 1957 for low and high river regulation with dams.•Flows were considerably reduced to the major wetland system, the Lowbidgee.•There were 47.2% and 52.6% reductions at respective Maude and Redbank flow gauges.
