We have searched for the excited electron neutrino produced from Z0 decays in the channel e+ e- --> vv* using the L3 detector at LEP. The decays v* --> eW and v* --> v-gamma have been investigated. We have determined an upper limit on the Zvv* coupling as a function of m(v*) up to the Z0 mass.
