Prevalence and Diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease in Maintenance Lung Transplant Patients: ICEBERG Study

•An observational, retrospective study in 113 LT patients was performed.•At 2 years after transplant, 80% of patients had CRD.•CRD was underestimated by physicians' subjective clinical criteria.•Factors predicting CRD were older age, low BMI, azathioprine use, and low GFR at month 1.
