摘要
Objective: The contents of 21 heavy metals and trace elements such Asarsenic (As), Lead (Pb), Copper (Cu), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), Zinc (Zn), Selenium (Se), Silver (Ag), Antimony (Sb), Tin (Sn), Barium (Ba), Phosphorus (P), Sulfur (S), Chlorine (Cl), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Manganese (Mn) Iron (Fe) and Cobalt (Co) in Mongolian medicine Xiaoshi Shiwei Pills were analyzed and determined by highly sensitive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Method: According to fastFpBrif algorithm, the basic parameters were fitted through software control, and the response signal value was converted into the content value of elements. The contents of 21 heavy metals and trace elements in different batches of Xiaoshi Shiwei Pills were measured. Results: Through the methodological verification of the content determination of various elements, the RSD values of precision and repeatability of the method were within the acceptable range of quantitative analysis, and the precision and repeatability were good. The determination accuracy of Cd, Se, Sb and Hg was within +/- 20%, and the recoveries of other elements were between 95% and 102%. Conclusion: The results show that the highly sensitive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is fast, accurate, stable and simple, the sample is lossless or slightly damaged, and can fully reflect the amount of trace elements in the drug. It provid a powerful technical means for studying the relationship between trace elements in Mongolian medicine and its action mechanism and efficacy, and improving the quality standard.
