摘要
Background: Cornual uterine rupture is a serious condition with grave implications if it is not recognized and managed in time. Although different approaches have been used for immediate management, the long-term complication of uterine rupture following management of interstitial pregnancy has not been extensively studied. Case: This article reports an unusual case of recurrent uterine rupture after laparoscopic treatment of interstitial pregnancy. Results: The patient subsequently had a successful pregnancy. Conclusions: Although laparoscopic treatment achieves optimumresults in interstitial pregnancies, more emphasis needs to be placed on techniques to preserve future fertility and prevent uterine rupture.
