Clinico-pathologic predictors of survival in neuroendocrine tumors of the gynecologic tract: A seer analysis

Objectives: Neuroendocrine tumors of the gynecologic tract are rare, accounting for less than 2% of all gynecologic cancers. As a result, most data on prognostic factors comes from case series on limited numbers of patients. The goal of this study was to determine clinico-pathologic factors associated with survival in a large cohort of patients within the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database.
