摘要

•Type 1-specific ATP binding site containing domain of IP3R was prepared.•Production of IP3R1-ATPA protein was established by chaperone co-expression system.•IP3R1-ATPA adopts mainly a α-helical structure and is thermostable.•The structural models of IP3R1-ATPA were calculated and validated.
