摘要
Slightly offsetting lens voltages of an electrostatic storage ring from known voltages of maximum recycling yield results in approximate isochronous behaviour. Identification of this operating mode using area maps of regions of recycling and comparisons of peak width evolution in spectra will be discussed along with presentation of new experimental data for previously presented electron recycling spectrometer (ERS).
