摘要

•Patients with sLAM and lymphangioma had higher VEGF-D than these without this lesion.•Patients with TSC/LAM had higher serum VEGF-D concentrations than these with sLAM.•There was a negative correlation between VEGF-D and DL,CO in sLAM without lymphangioma.•Patients with sLAM and high VEGF-D had higher yearly decline of FVC.•VEGF-D is a useful biomarker of LAM.
