AMERICAN JOURNAL OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY(2013)
摘要
were associated with increasing BMI. In the multivariate logistic regression, obese and morbidly obese women were 6 times more likely to develop hypertension, 4 times more likely to develop diabetes, and 2-4 times more likely to require a cesarean. Overweight women were at 1.5-1.8 times more likely to have these complications (Table). CONCLUSION: Pre-pregnancy increased BMI is a known risk factor for multiple pregnancy complications. Overweight and obese nulliparous patients may be at even higher risk than previously thought for significant complications such as hypertension, diabetes, and cesarean delivery. Effective interventions to reduce BMI before pregnancy, even in overweight women, are needed to decrease pregnancy-associated complications.
