摘要

•We compared genetic variation in the SLCO genes from multi-ethnic populations.•Frequencies of the Korean population was similar to East Asian populations.•The distribution of Asian populations was different from African and Caucasian.•We report inter-ethnic differences in the statistical analyses of SLCO families.
