摘要

•The manufacture of a PLA polymer for nerve regeneration is proposed.•PLA membranes provide a good substrate for SC and MSC adhesion.•The efficacy of PLA polymer is compared with PCL polymer.•We report that PLA conduit improves nerve regeneration and motor function.
