摘要

•Two new prenylated phenols, 1 and 2, were isolated from the fungus Pestalotiopsis vaccinii.•Their structures were determined based on 1D, 2D NMR techniques and CD data.•The new compound vaccinol I (2) showed potent COX-2 inhibitory activity with IC50 value of 16.8μM.
