This article presents the development of a processes simulator that takes place in oil wells that use the coiled tubing technique, which demonstrates to its workers, company personnel and anyone that wants to observe these processes, what the cleaning methods and phase separation consists of in these wells, and how the incoming and outgoing substances are controlled. In addition, it permits their physical features to be shown and enables people without previous knowledge about the topic to easily understand the purpose of fluid injection by coiled tubing in oil wells.
