摘要
In this work a GNSS receiver architecture is proposed that is capable of providing high accurate and robust positioning in harsh signal environments including shadowing of satellite signals and strong multipath. In order to effectively cope with these challenges, it is proposed that the GNSS receiver system combines conventional GNSS signal processing with advanced array processing techniques, i.e. digital beamforming, direction finding, and attitude determination. The proposed approach is tested by computer simulations and the results show that high accuracy and sensitivity can be achieved even in harsh environments. In cases of strong multipath or signal fading situations, we can show that the tracking performance of our inertial aided antenna array is improved significantly. Regarding the carrier-to-noise ratio, we can demonstrate gains of up to 10 dB for a multipath affected satellite.
