Designing a Mathematical RCPSP model for a Gas Station Project Scheduling in Fnavaran Naftabzar Company with considering Net Present Value of project

In this paper we try to propose a mathematical model for scheduling one of the production of Fanavaran Naftabzar Company; the name of the project is Beach Gas Station because it is very useful for implementing near the beach locations that implementation of ordinary gas stations is impossible. Implementation of the cited project has limitation of time and the company must complete the project as fast as it is possible, therefore minimizing the finish time of the project should be considered in designing the model, which is why one of the objective functions related to our model is designed for minimization of the project-related finish time. Moreover another criteria which plays the key role in scheduling of this project is amount of net present value of that, and authorities take priority over increase in amount of project NPV substantially. Thereby, we propose other objective function for maximizing the NPV of project. Budget limitation is also considered in constrains, then the final scheduling of project which looks both logical and suitable is proposed.
