Synthesis of Some Novel 1,8-Naphthalimides Bearing Dehydroabietyl Rosin Skeleton and Their Anion Recognition

Some novel 1,8-naphthalimide derivatives bearing dehydroabietyl rosin skeleton were synthesized from dehydroabietylamine. The title compounds were characterized by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, MS techniques and elemental analysis. The abilities of anion recognition by these 1,8-naphthalimide derivatives had been investigated. Then the mechanism of anion recognition of such 1,8-naphthalimides was discussed.
