MENINGIOMES INTRA ET EXTRA-CRANIENS A PROPOS DE DEUX OBSERVATIONS A YAOUNDE

SUMMARY The authors re p o rt two cases of meningioma charac- terized by an intra-extracranial expansion. The clinical signs presented by these two women aged re s p e c t i v e l y aged 34 and 57, included a right sided hemiplegia associated with speech disturbances. The usual morpho- logical examinations could not be obtained (C.T. scanner, angiography). The bony defect related to the lysis of the skull by the tumor allowed the use of the echography which clearly brought out the limits of the tumor.
