摘要
The pathogenesis of renal artery stenosis in renal transplantation is not yet completely clear [1–5]. A possible role maybe played by the impaired progression of the sphygmic wave and of the blood pulse at the point of the vascular anastomosis, caused by an anastomosis between two artery segments with different straining characteristics.
