摘要
This paper deals with calculation of dynamic overall efficiency of a load sensing hydraulic system by bondgraphs. Load sensing hydraulic systems are widely used as one of the most effective systems to save energy. It is important, therefore, to know the overall efficiency of the system. However, such a system often becomes oscillatory and sometimes unstable, caused by the interaction between the dynamics of the load sensing mechanism and that of the load. Therefore, when its overall efficiency is calculated, it is important to take into consideration its dynamic characteristics. In this study, based on the bondgraphs model of a load sensing hydraulic system, its dynamic overall efficiency is calculated in various operating conditions, varying the resistance of the metering valve, the load mass, and the load velocity. As a result, it becomes clear that there is a maximum point of the dynamic overall efficiency.
