摘要
Since 1974 at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Doxorubicin-containing regimens have been evaluated as adjuvant therapy in patients with node-positive breast cancer. In our initial studies, all patients had either stage II or III disease and were treated with adjuvant therapy following local therapy. The earlier results of these studies have been previously published [1–4]. The objective of this report is to present the long-term follow-up data on survival and late sequelae of the treatment.
