Monosymptomatic Relapse of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Confined to the Skin
mag(1994)
摘要
Many patients with leukemia show nonspecific skin lesions such as vasculitis, purpura, and erythema multiforme. Specific lesions are characterized by cutaneous infiltrates of leukemic cells and occur in approximately 2% [1] of the patients with acute myeloic leukemia. The identification of such infiltrates is important for establishing the diagnosis and for monitoring the course of leukemia [2].
