Experiencia inicial en implantación de electrodos endocavitarios en pacientes portadores de bioprótesis tricúspides

Introduction: Tricuspid valve disease is frequently associated with disorders of rhythm and conduction. Endocardial electrode implantation in patients with tricuspid bioprosthesis was traditionally avoided.Methods: Four cases of endocardial electrode implantation in patients with tricuspid bioprosthesis are reviewed.Results: No prosthetic dysfunction was observed in monitoring, being similar to the outcome of patients without pacemakers.
