Narrativity For User Experience Design

It is becoming a new challenge for the designer to understand how the user finds meanings in using a product and service. It requires for thinking about a number of situations that may be experienced by various users. A useful method for dealing with situations is persona design. We looked at a persona created by a professional analyst to find that a scenario of the persona is useful to clarity preconditions by which a desired behavior occurs with the persona.
