headache, nausea, asthenia, chest pain, dyspnea, tremor, heat intolerance, diarrhea) , as well as the postural context (orthostatic symptoms only vs sitting position symptoms also vs supine symptoms also). Higher frequency of dyspnea and headache during the episodes and occurrence of supine symptoms were associated with a higher probability of symptoms recurrence on FUP (p<0,05 for all analysis). Conclusion: Simple clinical data (symptoms and their context) may be of value in symptoms recurrence preview, an important determinant of quality of life in pts with POTS.
