Post-Operative Outcomes in Minilaparotomy Vs. Laparoscopy in the Management of Benign Adnexal Pathology

A minilaparotomy incision should be considered the alternative to laparoscopy in the management of benign adnexal pathology and is extremely helpful cases of larger masses. The aim of this study is to compare postoperative recovery between laparoscopy and minilaparotomy in children and adolescents with benign adnexal lesions.
