摘要
Multilayers composed of 5 X ( 6.4 nm Fe/ 5.6 nm Pt ) were annealed at temperatures up to 735 degrees C. The intermixing was analyzed by analytical and high- resolution transmission electron microscopy. Intermixing and full ordering to the L1(0) structure was completed after annealing at 735 degrees C. The temperature dependence of intermixing is best described by a three- step process including diffusion through diluted alloys during initial intermixing ( 400 - 500 degrees C ), diffusion through L1(2)- ordered alloys ( around 600 degrees C ), and diffusion in the final L1(0)- ordered film above 700 degrees C.
