摘要
A time-lapse (4D) seismic repeatability analysis of HooverMadison-Marshall QC seismic volumes associated with major steps in both fast track and co-processing flows has allowed for quantitative documentation of seismic repeatability. NRMS calculations show the significant impact that trace selection, match filters, migration, and cross-equalization can make on improving seismic repeatability. Maps of dNRMS show the importance of residual velocity adjustment after migration to allow for small spatial wavelengths in the velocity model. In addition, fast track results show the importance of mitigating intra-survey amplitude anomalies and properly matching undershoot data to prime data, to avoid degradation of the 4D signal.
