New experimental data on cross-sections of yield of excited Li-6*, Li-7*, B-9* and B-10* nuclei and their contributions to formation of two nucleus (He-4 + H-2), (He-4 + H-3) and (Li-4+He-2) and three nucleus (He-4+H-4+H-1) systems in O-16(p) collisions at 3.25A GeV/c are presented.
