摘要

•Hg contamination level was surveyed in MSWI fly ash of China.•The strongly-complexed Hg was predominant Hg fraction in MSWI fly ash.•The Hg leaching was strongly correlated to exchangeable Hg fraction.•The risk assessment suggests that Hg in fly ash has less risk to workers’ health.
