摘要

Wear debris from endoprostheses leads to osteolysis and causes aseptic loosening. Cellular interactions with ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) particles are rarely described because of the difficulty of incubation of adherent cells with floating polyethylene particles in vitro.
