摘要

•We evaluated cyclophosphamide monohydrate (CP) in a 14-day RDLMN assay.•No changes were observed in the incidences of MNHEPs by CP dosing.•The incidences of MNIMEs in bone marrow were increased significantly by CP dosing.•CP has no potential to induce micronuclei in liver in the 14-day RDLMN assay.
