The TOF-RPC for the BGO-EGG experiment at LEPS2

We have developed Resistive Plate Chambers (RPCs) and the FEEs for the Time-of-Flight (TOF) system of the BGO-EGG experiment at LEPS2. The TOF system has an excellent time resolution of 50 ps with large readout strips of 2.5x100 cm(2). The large readout strip and the signal combining technique enable us to cover the area of 6.4m(2) with only 256 channels of the readout electronics. The details of the RPC and the FEE are described in this article.
