摘要
•The hydrogenation of symmetric molecules with para-hydrogen is studied.•The 1H hyperpolarization is preserved as a long lived singlet state.•Singlet to triplet spin state conversion is achieved by average Hamiltonian theory.•1H NMR images of the hyperpolarized substance were acquired at 1.5T after 3min.
