摘要

•We identified heterogeneity in TKI-resistance mechanisms in 6 patients out of eleven.•These 6 patients showed shorter time to treatment failure for EGFR-TKI therapy.•Heterogeneity in resistance mechanisms did not affect post-progression survivals.•Quantitative heterogeneity in T790M allele ratio was also identified.
