Long-term outcomes of patients with esthesioneuroblastomas: A cohort from a single institution.

•To our knowledge, this is a retrospectively report with the largest cohort of esthesioneuroblastoma.•Combined treatment of surgery and radiotherapy seemingly showed superior survival than primary RT for all patients.•After stratifying by disease extensions, no significant difference was found in survivals between combined modalities and primary RT for Kadish A/B disease or with N-positive disease, while as to N-negative Kadish C disease, combination therapy presented better prognoses.•We believe our results will give supporting evidence for making treatment decision on stage basis.
