•This is the first reported case of reversible leukoencephalopathy associated with liposomal amphotericin B (AMB).•Occurrence of AMB-associated leukoencephalopathy may depend on the total dosage.•Discontinuation of AMB can improve clinical symptoms and neuroradiology findings.
